Having been equitized from a state-owned enterprise, An Hung Joint Stock Company (Tuy Hoa ward) has gradually invested in a production plant according to advanced standards, expanding its scale and market, increasing production capacity, growing revenue, and integrating more deeply into the global garment industry supply chain.

In 2024, the company's revenue increased by 27% compared to 2023, contributing over 7 billion VND to the state budget. In 2025, in addition to its main markets of the US, Europe, and Australia, the company will continue to expand into the Asian market.

Starting out as a newcomer to the footwear and plastic boot manufacturing industry, Ms. Nguyen Thi Dung, Director of Viet Thang Production - Trade - Service Co., Ltd. (Ea Kar commune), is known as a resilient businesswoman with an impressive journey of overcoming difficulties. From a small-scale production facility, at the end of 2004, Ms. Dung decided to establish a company to expand operations, specializing in the production of boots, shoes, and sandals. To date, the company has invested approximately 100 billion VND in a modern production line, with a capacity of 6 million pairs per year.

The products are not only available in provinces and cities nationwide and neighboring markets such as Laos and Cambodia, but have also conquered the world's most demanding market, the United States. The company also provides stable employment for nearly 200 workers, of which about 30% are ethnic minorities, contributing to improving the income and living standards of local workers.

With a spirit of continuous innovation to achieve the highest production efficiency, Dac Loc Aquatic Products Co., Ltd. is one of the leading enterprises in applying science and technology in the field of aquaculture.

Mr. Le Huu Tinh, Deputy Director of Dac Loc Aquatic Products Co., Ltd., is also one of the 32 individuals recently honored by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Association as "Scientists for Farmers" in 2025.

Mr. Tinh shared: "To bring high-quality seafood to the market and ensure food safety, the farming process must be safe, utilize modern technology, and the harvesting process must also meet standards. With the goal of both ensuring the quality of the final product and producing on an industrial scale, the company has built a closed-loop farming process and applied automation technology to some production stages to achieve high efficiency."

Besides production and business, entrepreneurs in Dak Lak also actively participate in social and charitable activities.

In the first nine months of 2025, businesses and entrepreneurs donated money and goods worth more than 4.76 billion VND to programs such as: free meals and porridge at the Central Highlands Regional General Hospital; opening free stalls at the 2025 Tet Charity program; organizing the "Helping Children Go to School" program; supporting the demolition of temporary and dilapidated houses for people in difficult circumstances…

This not only helps to share the difficulties with the people but also spreads a positive image of the modern entrepreneur – someone who excels in business, lives responsibly, and knows how to contribute to society.

The Provincial Business Association, in collaboration with various organizations and benefactors, presented bicycles to students as part of the "Helping Children Reach School" program for the 2025-2026 school year in Tay Hoa commune.

In particular, the Provincial Business Association, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association, the Provincial Business Association, the Women Entrepreneurs Association, etc., have truly become important bridges between businesses and the government, actively accompanying departments and agencies in administrative reform, investment promotion, and promoting the role of connecting the local business community.

Business associations and organizations regularly coordinate with the Department of Finance to organize activities to gather opinions and suggestions from businesses, promptly reporting them to the Government, the Provincial People's Committee, and relevant departments and agencies to resolve difficulties in production and business activities.

Businesspeople also proactively participate in providing feedback on economic development programs and policies, attracting investment, and supporting businesses, affirming their role in representing and protecting the legitimate rights of their members.

Through the connections facilitated by the Provincial Business Association, businesses have participated in numerous networking events both domestically and internationally; attending trade fairs and investment promotion forums in China, Laos, Japan, Mongolia, etc., to expand cooperation opportunities for member businesses. Simultaneously, the Business Networking and Digital Transformation Center under the association has become a technological hub, helping businesses access digital transformation solutions, enhance competitiveness, and improve management efficiency.
