On the morning of December 6th, at Hoang Van Thu Secondary School (Ea Kiet commune, Cu M'gar district), Tuoi Tre newspaper, in coordination with the Dak Lak Provincial Youth Union, organized the awarding of "Sowing Seeds of Knowledge" scholarships to 200 students from three remote communes in Cu M'gar district, Dak Lak province.
200 scholarships under the "Sowing Seeds of Knowledge" program awarded to underprivileged students in Dak Lak.
"Sowing the seeds of knowledge" to pave the way for students' future.
The scholarship is sponsored by the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development through its Phu Nhuan branch in Ho Chi Minh City ( Agribank Phu Nhuan).
The scholarship recipients come from disadvantaged backgrounds and all have excellent academic achievements and a strong will to succeed. Many of them expressed great joy at having bicycles to ride to school on their own.
At the ceremony, hundreds of parents, students, and teachers were deeply moved by the family circumstances of Tran Ha Duc Trung, a 5th grade student from Mac Thi Buoi Primary School, and H'Su Duyn Byă, a 9th grade student from Hoang Van Thu Secondary School, both from Ea Kiet commune, Cu M'gar district, Dak Lak province.

Trung's parents divorced, and he has lived with his grandparents, both over 70 years old, since he was a child. His grandfather suffered a stroke and had his leg amputated, making him unable to care for himself, while his grandmother, frail and elderly, takes him to school whenever she has the chance.
H'Su Duyn Byă's family also faces many hardships due to their meager farmland. Having a bicycle will make her journey to school, far from her home, less arduous. Despite these difficulties, both girls dream of becoming teachers. Trung wants to be a football coach, while H'Su Duyn Byă wants to be a music teacher.
At this ceremony, many students and parents expressed their joy and happiness at having the support of Tuoi Tre newspaper and Agribank, which makes the journey to literacy less arduous and distant, especially for young students who have to count their steps on forest paths and rocky slopes.

"I thank the sponsors and will try my best to study hard in the coming time so as not to disappoint my teachers and parents. After I learn to ride a bike, I will ride to school by myself and promise to obey traffic laws," Huyen said happily.
Allocate more resources to the future generation.
Mr. Vuong Hoang Nam, Deputy Director of Agribank Phu Nhuan, said that Agribank has many charitable programs such as building houses for the needy, constructing schools, and health stations… Among them, the "Sowing Seeds of Knowledge" scholarship program is a practical and meaningful program that Agribank is determined to pursue, at the suggestion of Tuoi Tre newspaper, from 2018 to the present.
