Nguyen Viet Thang, Secretary of the Party Branch of Hoang 21 residential area, Phu Dien ward:

Clearly demonstrating the responsibility of citizens towards the great national festival.
As the Party Secretary of Hoang 21 residential area and also participating in the work at polling station number 13, the past few days have been very busy for me, but also full of responsibility and pride. Recognizing this as an important political event for the country and the locality, our Party branch and polling station proactively implemented tasks from very early on, ensuring that all work was carried out synchronously, in accordance with regulations, and on schedule.
During the preparation process, Election Committee No. 13 closely coordinated with local associations and organizations to effectively disseminate information and mobilize voters. We organized numerous discussions and seminars to help voters better understand the significance of the election and information about candidates at each level. Our goal is for every citizen to understand their rights and responsibilities, thereby participating in the election with a sense of self-awareness, responsibility, and democracy.
I am very happy and relieved that the preparation process has received great consensus and support from the people. Organizations such as the women's association, veterans' association, youth union, etc., have all actively participated, helping to disseminate information and remind voters in the residential area.
Today, witnessing the first voters arrive at the polling station, I was truly moved. The atmosphere at the polling station was serious yet enthusiastic, clearly demonstrating the people's sense of responsibility towards this great national event. Especially at polling station number 13, there were elderly people, some over 90 years old, dressed in their military uniforms, marking the beginning of a democratic, solemn, and meaningful day.
As the Party Branch Secretary, I feel very proud to be able to work together with my colleagues in the election committee and the people to successfully organize this important task. This is also an opportunity for each citizen to exercise their right to self-governance and entrust their faith in worthy representatives who will represent the will and aspirations of the people.
Ms. Duong Thi Van, a Muong ethnic minority resident of Hamlet 7, Polling Station No. 3, Hoa Lac Commune:

Trust and choose those who are worthy.
This morning (March 15th), in the joyful atmosphere of the nationwide election day, I am very happy and proud to directly exercise my rights and civic duties, participating in the election of National Assembly representatives and People's Council representatives at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
Early in the morning, I and other villagers were present at polling station number 3. The atmosphere here was very solemn and serious, but also warm and exciting. The preparations for this important day were carried out meticulously and in accordance with regulations, making it convenient for us voters to participate in the voting process.
Before the election, I spent time thoroughly researching the biographies and action programs of the nominated candidates. Through this, I sensed the dedication, responsibility, and competence of the candidates for the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels. Therefore, when I held the ballot in my hand, I felt very confident and secure in choosing outstanding individuals who deserved to represent the will and aspirations of the people.
After completing the voting, I am very happy that I have elected the correct and sufficient number of National Assembly and People's Council representatives at all levels as prescribed. I believe that the elected representatives in the new term will fulfill their roles and responsibilities well, listen to the thoughts and aspirations of the people, pay special attention to the lives of ethnic minorities in Hoa Lac commune in particular and Hanoi in general, contributing to building a more developed homeland and a more prosperous and happy life for the people.
For me and the villagers, election day is truly a great festival for the entire population, demonstrating the people's right to self-governance and their faith in the future development of the country and the capital city.
Mrs. Mau Thi Thuy, 76 years old, Residential Group 19, Khuong Dinh Ward:

Emotional and proud to immerse myself in the atmosphere of election day.
In the solemn and joyful atmosphere of election day, I am deeply moved and proud to once again join my neighbors in casting my vote. As a retired teacher, now in my twilight years, each election brings to mind thoughts about patriotism, faith, and the responsibilities of a citizen.
This morning, upon arriving at the polling station, I saw a large crowd of voters, from the elderly to the young, all neatly dressed and with radiant faces. This image reminded me of previous elections I've participated in. For me, each election is not only an important political event but also an opportunity for citizens to express their faith in the Party and the State, and to exercise their right to choose representatives who voice and express their aspirations. Each carefully cast ballot is not only a right but also a responsibility of each voter towards the future of the country.
As someone who has dedicated many years to teaching, I have always believed that societal development begins with the awareness and responsibility of each citizen. Therefore, the education sector must always equip students with knowledge, cultivate skills, develop character, foster patriotism and national pride, and enhance students' understanding of life values and a sense of responsibility within the community. That is why I am very happy to see today's young generation participating in the election with seriousness and a clear understanding of their rights and responsibilities. This gives older generations like me even more confidence in the steady continuation of the younger generation. I believe that with each vote cast today, a better future for the country will continue to be built.
First-year student - Finance Academy, Luong Thao Vy:

Millions of votes were cast with trust and responsibility.
My first time participating in an election was a special experience for me – a young student just entering adulthood. Before, elections were just images I saw on television or stories adults talked about, but when I held the ballot in my own hand, entered the polling station, and exercised my civic right, I truly felt the profound meaning of this seemingly simple act.
For a student, voting is not just about exercising one's rights, but also about demonstrating responsibility to the country. The ballot, though small, contains the faith, expectations, and responsibility of each individual towards the shared future of society. By choosing representatives for the people, I understand that I am contributing my voice to the process of building and developing the nation. This makes me feel that I am no longer detached from societal issues, but truly become a part of the citizen community.
The moment I cast my ballot filled me with pride and emotion. It wasn't just an administrative procedure, but a milestone marking my personal growth as a citizen. I understand that the right to vote is the result of a long historical process and a precious right that everyone should cherish.
For me, my first time voting was not only a memorable experience during my student years but also a reminder of my long-term responsibility as a citizen. In the future, no matter what position I hold in society, I hope to maintain that sense of responsibility: caring about common issues, participating in social activities, and using my vote responsibly.
A single ballot may seem small, but when millions of ballots are cast with faith and responsibility, they create immense power to build a better society. And as a young student, I am proud to have had the opportunity to contribute to that power from the very first time I held a ballot in my hand.
Voter Sa Hong Ngoc, Cau Thang Long village, Thien Loc commune:

We hope the delegates will act for the development of the country and the capital city.
Participating in the election for National Assembly and People's Council representatives at all levels for the first time, I arrived at the village polling station early in the morning to exercise my rights and civic duty. I believe that each voter will choose truly outstanding representatives, with the right heart and competence to represent the voice of the people and contribute to the development of the country and the locality in the coming time.
I hope that elected delegates will play a crucial role as a bridge between the Party, the State, and the people; regularly listening to, absorbing, and honestly reflecting the thoughts and aspirations of voters. In the context of the country entering a new stage of development with many opportunities and challenges, National Assembly delegates need to actively participate in building and perfecting the legal system, enacting practical policies, creating momentum for socio-economic development, and improving people's lives. For Hanoi and other localities, I expect that elected delegates to the People's Councils at all levels will pay more attention to issues related to people's lives, such as developing transportation infrastructure, protecting the environment, improving the quality of healthcare and education services, and promoting the development of increasingly civilized and modern rural areas.
We, the voters, always hope that our elected representatives will truly be close to the people, understand the people, practice what they preach, and put the interests of the country and the people above all else. When the legitimate opinions and aspirations of the people are listened to and addressed promptly, it will be a crucial foundation for building an increasingly clean and strong government, contributing to the sustainable development of the country and the capital city.
