Along with implementing the policy of streamlining the organizational structure and rearranging administrative units in a way that is effective and efficient, caring for the lives of the people, especially the poor and those entitled to social welfare benefits, has always been a priority for the locality and relevant sectors, particularly during the Lunar New Year season.

Leaders of Agribank's Mu Cang Chai branch in Yen Bai province presented Tet gifts to poor households in Che Tao commune.
Mr. Giàng Chừ Chua, from Pú Vá village, Chế Tạo commune, whose family is in difficult circumstances, recently received Tet gifts from Agribank Mù Cang Chải Yên Bái officials. He emotionally shared: "With so many worries approaching, receiving Tet gifts is very touching. The gifts are a source of encouragement, helping my family have a warmer and happier Tet."
Reportedly, from 2025 to the present, Agribank's Mu Cang Chai branch in Yen Bai has distributed 260 gift packages, each worth 500,000 VND, totaling 130 million VND, to the poor and beneficiaries of social policies.
Similar to Agribank's Mu Cang Chai branch in Yen Bai, from 2025 to the present, Agribank's Van Chan branch in Yen Bai has distributed hundreds of gifts, thereby contributing to social welfare and helping vulnerable people.
“Social welfare activities are a regular responsibility and a heartfelt commitment of the entire staff and employees of Agribank to the locality where the unit is located. In the coming time, Agribank Van Chan Yen Bai Branch will continue to work alongside the Party Committee and the government in caring for the lives of the people, especially poor households and vulnerable people, contributing to ensuring that no one is left behind,” said Mr. Tran Anh Tuan, Director of Agribank Van Chan Yen Bai Branch.
With the message "Giving love - A complete Tet holiday", Agribank Yen Bai Branch collaborated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai province to organize the program "Agribank joins hands for the poor and policy beneficiaries on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026".
Accordingly, thanks to the voluntary cost reduction and savings practices of all staff and employees of the branch, Agribank Yen Bai donated 1,120 gift packages, each worth 500,000 VND, with a total cost of 560 million VND, to extremely poor households in the area.

Leaders of Agribank Yen Bai Branch presented symbolic gifts of 1,120 Tet (Lunar New Year) presents to leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai province.
As one of the households receiving Tet gifts from the program, Ms. Hoang Thi Sinh, from Day 2 village, Chan Thinh commune, emotionally shared: "My family still faces many difficulties, but receiving these gifts makes me feel warmer and gives me more resources to prepare for Tet for my children and grandchildren."
Although the gifts may not be of great material value, they are a timely encouragement, helping the poor and vulnerable to have more faith and motivation to welcome a fulfilling and warm Tet holiday.

Leaders of Agribank Yen Bai Branch coordinated the distribution of gifts to disadvantaged individuals in the province.
Alongside its business objectives, the branch has always considered social welfare work a regular responsibility. From 2020 to the end of 2025, Agribank Yen Bai Branch has allocated nearly 90 billion VND to social welfare activities, with 13.8 billion VND specifically for 2025.
Caring for social welfare is a task that goes hand in hand with business activities. These Tet gifts represent the heartfelt commitment and responsibility of the entire staff and employees of Agribank Yen Bai Branch towards the community. In the future, we will continue to work alongside the province in poverty reduction programs and ensuring social welfare, in line with the spirit of leaving no one behind.
