According to the Lao Cai Provincial Meteorological and Hydrological Station, on the night of March 11th and during the day of March 12th, the weather in the province will be cloudy with rain, showers, and thunderstorms in some areas. Low-lying areas will experience cold weather at night and in the morning, while high-altitude and mountainous areas will experience intensely cold weather.
