Mr. Le Nguyen Thanh Trung (born in 1993) - a worker in the Technical Planning Department (Ha Tinh City Power Company): Striving to become a skilled worker and an exemplary Party member.
I am currently a technical worker at Ha Tinh City Power Company. On December 21, 2023, I had the honor of joining the Party, becoming a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam . This is truly a great honor and source of pride for me.
Upon becoming a Party member, I realized my responsibilities and role were even greater. Especially as an electrical worker, I need to strive even harder to be a worthy young Party member, a pioneer, an exemplary figure in my work, and to make positive contributions to building the Party organization within my agency.

Mr. Ha Van Thai (born in 1992) - specialist in the Credit and Investment Department (Ha Tinh Development Investment Fund): Maintaining unwavering faith in the Party.
Nearly 12 years have passed since I officially became a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and for me, the feeling of honor and pride I felt standing under the Party flag and reciting the oath remains as strong as ever. Those oaths under the Party flag have become a guiding principle in my words and actions. My unwavering faith in the Party's leadership is also the driving force behind my dedication to this day.
As a Party member and Youth Union official, I am always aware of the need to strive to study, research, and contribute to nurturing my aspirations and dreams of acquiring knowledge and building a solid career. Therefore, in addition to having the right goals and good moral character, I also actively participate in Youth Union activities organized by my unit and grassroots organizations. Only in this way can the political fortitude of a Party member be cultivated and honed.
In particular, as a specialist in the Credit and Investment Department of the Ha Tinh Development Investment Fund, I am responsible for disbursing funds for social welfare investment projects in line with the province's development orientation. Therefore, I always maintain a high level of self-discipline in my work to ensure that procedures are completed as quickly and accurately as possible, helping businesses to implement projects early, thereby contributing to improving the lives of the people of the province.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Vinh (born in 1970) - Thinh Bang village, Son Bang commune, Huong Son district: I have absolute faith in the leadership of the Party.
In 2019, I had the honor of joining the Party. At that time, I was 49 years old, so joining the Party was a great source of pride for me. Currently, I hold the position of Head of the Farmers' Association Branch in Thinh Bang village (Son Bang commune). Since becoming a Party member and being elected to the Party branch committee, I have always strived to uphold the responsibility of a Party member, setting a good example and excellently fulfilling my assigned duties, especially in participating in the New Rural Development movement.
The joy was multiplied when, at the end of 2023, Thinh Bang village was recognized as a model new rural residential area. Our village was the last locality in the commune to achieve this model residential area status, thus creating a foundation for Son Bang commune to continue building advanced new rural areas. Currently, more than 90% of households in Thinh Bang village are engaged in agricultural production and small-scale business and trading. Along with actively developing the economy, the Thinh Bang village Party branch has enthusiastically participated in building green, clean, and beautiful roads, participating in environmental sanitation, and actively transforming the methods of agricultural economic development...
With the guidance and direction of the Party, I believe and hope that not only farmers like us but all citizens will always strive, innovate, dare to think, dare to act, and work together to build a more prosperous, civilized, and modern Ha Tinh homeland.
Ms. Le Thi Hao (born in 1992) - Secretary of the Party Branch, Head of the Front Committee of Truong Son residential area, Ky Thinh ward (Ky Anh town): Determined to bring the Party's resolution into life.
I joined the Party in 2010 when I was just 18 years old. In 2016, I took on the position of Party Branch Secretary and Head of the Front Committee of Truong Son residential area.
Currently, Truong Son residential area has 600 households with over 2,500 inhabitants. The residential area used to be a difficult unit, facing many limitations in infrastructure because most of its area is located within the planned zone of the Vung Ang Economic Zone. Finding ways to overcome these infrastructure limitations, help people overcome difficulties, and develop their economy has always been a challenging "problem" for me.
Therefore, during the nearly eight years I held two positions simultaneously, I actively engaged in innovative thinking and initiatives within the Party branch to implement Party resolutions and help people overcome many difficulties. In addition, I always strived to be dedicated and committed to my work and to the people, determined to promote and encourage Party members and citizens to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations. As a result, the people in the residential area have united and enthusiastically responded to the Party's policies and guidelines.
My greatest joy is that the poverty rate in the commune is now only 2.9%, and the average income has reached 53 million VND/person/year (in 2023). The material and spiritual lives of the people have improved as a result. These achievements will serve as a foundation for me to strive even harder, to be worthy of being a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
