At this meeting, the Central Inspection Committee (CSC) considered and concluded a number of contents as follows:
I- Reviewing the inspection results when there were signs of violation and the review results, recommending disciplinary action against the Standing Committee of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee, the Central Audit Committee found:
The Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee violated the principle of democratic centralism and working regulations; violate principles of self-criticism, criticism, unity within the Party, in staff work; irresponsible responsibility, lax leadership and direction, lack of inspection and supervision, causing the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Council (People's Council), the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee (People's Committee) and many organizations and individuals to seriously violate respect Party regulations and State laws in implementing a number of investment projects, including projects by Progressive International Joint Stock Company (AIC), FLC Group Joint Stock Company, Phuc Son Group Joint Stock Company implemented; Some officials and party members have degraded political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle, are negative, accept bribes, declare personal assets dishonestly, violate the Law on Prevention and Combat of Corruption, and violate regulations. about what party members cannot do and the responsibility to set an example.
The above violations have caused very serious consequences, damage and risk of damage, and a huge waste of money and assets of the State; causing public anger and negatively affecting the reputation of the party organization and local government, to the point of requiring review and disciplinary action.

Related to the above violations are also the responsibilities of a number of other party organizations and party members.

1- The Central Audit Committee decided to enforce discipline:
- Warning: Party Committee of the People's Council of Vinh Phuc province for the term 2021-2026; Party Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee for the terms 2016-2021, 2021-2026 and comrades: Nguyen Van Tri, Nguyen Ba Huy, Dinh Ngoc Khoa, Vu Chi Giang, Nguyen Kim Khai, Le Van Kien, Confucius Truong, Nguyen Kim Tuan, Thanh Tung Nguyen, Nguyen Duc Tai, Do Huu Vinh, Bare Gia Long, Nguyen Ba Hien, Nguyen Van Do, Do Dinh Viet, Bui Minh Hong, Nguyen Cong Loc, Nguyen Xuan Phuong, Nguyen Van Bac.
- Reprimand: Party Committee of the People's Council of Vinh Phuc province for the term 2016-2021; Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Police Party Committee for the terms 2015-2020, 2020-2025 and comrades: Tran Van Vinh, Nguyen Trung Hai, Phan The Huy, Le Van Phuc.
2- Central Audit Committee proposed: The Politburo reviews and enforces discipline on the Standing Committee of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 and 2020-2025 terms.
3- Central Audit Committee requested: The Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee decided to discipline 17 party organizations and 17 party members according to the conclusion of the Central Audit Committee. The Central Audit Committee continues to review and enforce discipline on other related party organizations and party members.
II- Reviewing the report recommending disciplinary action against some violating party members at the Party Committees of An Giang and Soc Trang provinces, the Central Audit Committee found:
Comrades: Vuong Binh Thanh, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of An Giang province; Tran Van Chuyen, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Soc Trang province, violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned responsibilities and tasks; violating regulations on what party members cannot do and the responsibility to set an example; causing serious consequences, bad public opinion, reducing the reputation of the party organization and local government, to the point of requiring consideration and disciplinary action.
Based on the Party's regulations, the Central Inspection Committee decides to enforce discipline: Warning Comrades Vuong Binh Thanh; Reprimand Comrades Tran Van Chuyen.
III– Reviewing the results of supervision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Standing Committee members of the Provincial Party Committee of Thai Binh and Bac Lieu, the Central Audit Committee requests the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee members of the Thai Binh and Bac Provincial Party Committee. Lieu seriously reviews, learns from experience, and promptly corrects violations, shortcomings, and limitations in leadership, direction, construction, and implementation of Working Regulations; staff work and land management and use in investment projects; declaration of assets and income. The Central Inspection Committee requested the Standing Committee of the Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee to direct inspections when there are signs of violations against the Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and report the results to the Central Inspection Committee.
IV- Also at this meeting, the Central Audit Committee considered and concluded a number of other important contents.
