With Van Quyet's return, HAGL now has 3 players.

On the afternoon of October 2nd, coach Kim Sang Sik announced the list of players who will participate in the international friendly tournament taking place in October 2024. Most notably, this includes the return of Nguyen Van Quyet ( Hanoi FC) after a long absence.

Van Quyet returns to the Vietnam national team.

Van Quyet will join Hung Dung, Van Truong, Thanh Chung, and Xuan Manh in the Vietnamese national team's squad this time.

HAGL, the current V-League leaders, has three representatives: Chau Ngoc Quang, Nguyen Quoc Viet, and Tran Trung Kien. This is logical, as these three players have contributed significantly to the club's current success. The team with the most players this time is CAHN FC, with seven representatives ranging from goalkeeper to midfielder.

In October, the Vietnamese national team will have two matches against India on October 9th and Lebanon on October 15th.
