Implementing the Decision No. 06/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister approving the Project on developing the application of population data, identification and electronic authentication for the national digital transformation in the period 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030, Van Yen district has recently deployed for relevant agencies and units to apply population data, identify and provide online public administrative services in order to solve online public administration procedures.
Regardless of the time frame of the day, Chau Que Ha Commune Police Headquarters is always ready to serve people who come to make citizen identification (CCCD) and activate electronic identification accounts. Major Dang Quang Vinh - Chief of Chau Que Ha Commune Police said: “We create all favorable conditions to issue CCCD cards with chips to activate electronic identification for people, especially the elderly, weak, disabled, and disabled. able to travel on their own, those who work far from home take advantage of the opportunity to work as CCCDs".
To implement Project 06, the People's Committee of Van Yen district has established a working group to implement the project. At the same time, direct the People's Committees of communes and townships to establish 25/25 working groups at commune and township levels; established 172/172 working groups at village and village level to perform the tasks of the Scheme at the grassroots level.
Up to now, the District People's Committee has issued 14 documents to implement the contents and tasks of the Scheme; assigning specific and cross-cutting tasks to the members of the Working Group, ensuring consistency and close coordination in directing and operating. Along with that, the district directs the People's Committees of communes, police of communes and townships to publish news, articles and photos on the Internet, social networking sites such as zalo, facebook, fanpage ... to inform about the incident. implementing the Scheme, granting CCCD, e-identification and implementing level 3 and level 4 online public services so that the majority of people understand and understand the content, meaning and implementation plan Scheme.
After 1 year of implementing Project 06, up to now, Van Yen has deployed 13/25 essential public services. Agencies, departments and branches have used information shared from the national database on population to solve administrative procedures on public services. The District Public Administration Service Department performs 14 level 3 public services; 97 online public services level 4; received online 3.014 dossiers of level 3 reaching 99,4%; 14.148 records of level 4 reached 99,8%. The district police have received 108.406/107.046 CCCD records from people aged 14 and over; issued 99.777/107.046 CCCD, reaching 93,2%. Receiving dossiers, propagating and guiding registration and use of electronic identification accounts.
In 2022, to issue 42.000 level 2 electronic identifiers, guide people to install and activate level 1 electronic identity accounts for 75.000 cases; collected and updated the population data system with 36.035 households, 143.989 people and basically completed the data cleaning targets assigned by the Provincial Police; 100% of cadres, civil servants and public employees participating in the administrative procedure settlement process are granted digital signatures; 25/25 communes and townships have established commune-level community CDs with 321 members; 172/172 villages and residential groups have established village-level community community groups, with 1.322 members…
In order to well perform the key tasks of Project 06 in 2023, the People's Committee of Van Yen district continues to promote propaganda and mobilizing people to carry out administrative procedures in the electronic environment.
