On the morning of November 4 in Ho Chi Minh City, the Ho Chi Minh City Museum of Fine Arts in collaboration with the Embassy of Ukraine in Vietnam opened the exhibition Sofia Yablonska - a journey across the century .
The event is not only an important milestone in the history of cultural exchange between Vietnam and Ukraine on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, but also a bridge to admire unique artistic values, transcending the boundaries of time and space.

Sofia Yablonska is a Ukrainian photographer, writer and filmmaker. With her camera and boundless ambition, Sofia Yablonska has traveled, put in a lot of effort, even forgot her life, through many countries, from: Morocco, Egypt, Sri Lanka to faraway lands such as: Tahiti or Southeast Asian countries to record the rich and authentic stories of each country.
And the beautiful, hospitable country of Vietnam is also one of the important stops of Sofia Yablonska. She has been here for nearly 10 years, has a special love for the nature, the country and the people of Vietnam when recording moments imbued with indigenous culture, with the heart of an explorer and the eyes of an artist.

Exhibition Sofia Yablonska - Journey through the century , with photos soaked in time by Sofia Yablonska, helps viewers feel the atmosphere of Vietnam in the 30s and 40s of the last century.
All the images are like a slow-motion film, giving the public an impressive art experience at the Ho Chi Minh City Museum of Fine Arts, while helping the younger generation better understand the history and culture of the country.
