On the morning of November 4th in Ho Chi Minh City, the Ho Chi Minh City Museum of Fine Arts, in collaboration with the Ukrainian Embassy in Vietnam, inaugurated the exhibition "Sofia Yablonska - A Journey Through the Centuries" .
The event is not only a significant milestone in the history of cultural exchange between Vietnam and Ukraine, commemorating the 32nd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, but also a bridge to admire unique artistic values that transcend the boundaries of time and space.

Sofia Yablonska is a Ukrainian photographer, writer, and filmmaker. With her camera and boundless aspirations, Sofia Yablonska has traveled extensively, putting in considerable effort and even risking her life, across numerous countries, from Morocco, Egypt, and Sri Lanka to distant lands like Tahiti and Southeast Asia, to document the rich and authentic stories of each nation.
And the beautiful and hospitable country of Vietnam is also one of Sofia Yablonska's important stops. She has lived here for nearly 10 years, developing a special love for Vietnam's nature, land, and people, capturing moments rich in local culture with the heart of an explorer and the eyes of an artist.
These black and white photos are breathtakingly beautiful.
Through her lens, images of peaceful villages, hardworking people, traditional festivals... all come alive. Today, Sofia's photographs have become important historical documents and priceless works of art.
