VinFast officially handed over the first VF 3 cars

The first batch of cars was handed over by VinFast to customers who made the earliest deposits out of a total of nearly 28.000 orders received after only 66 hours of opening for sale in May.

VF 3 is VinFast's first small urban electric car model, designed with 2 doors with a square, strong and personality design. The car has a diverse color palette, including 4 basic colors, 5 advanced colors, and allows customers to freely choose paint colors according to their preferences at a cost of only 15 million VND.

VinFast VF 3 is equipped with a battery pack capable of traveling up to 215 km per charge, with the fastest charging time from 10% to 70% in just 36 minutes. The electric motor produces a maximum capacity of 30 kW, maximum torque of 110 Nm, combined with rear-wheel drive (RWD) for acceleration from 0-50 km/h in 5,3 seconds.

Even though it belongs to the miniSUV small car segment, VF 3 is still equipped with a large touch entertainment screen up to 10 inches by VinFast, and a gear shift lever behind the steering wheel similar to those on luxury cars, bringing a unique experience. The price for VF 3 battery rental is 240 million VND, while the selling price with battery is 322 million VND. If you rent a battery, customers only have to pay a fee of 900.000 VND/month for distance traveled under 1.500 km/month, 1.200.000 VND/month for distance traveled from 1.500 - 2.500 km/month, and 2.000.000 VND /month for distance traveled over 2.500 km/month.

According to the plan, following the first batch of cars, VinFast will in turn hand over VF 3 cars to customers who have pre-ordered at showrooms and distributors nationwide. It is expected that in 2024, VinFast can hand over at least 20.000 VF 3 vehicles to customers.
