Vinpearl registers as a public company

The State Securities Commission confirmed the completion of public company registration of Vinpearl Joint Stock Company.

On November 15, the State Securities Commission (SSC) issued an official dispatch confirming the completion of Vinpearl JSC's public company registration. Vinpearl JSC is headquartered on Hon Tre Island, Vinh Nguyen Ward, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province. The company first registered its business in July 2006 and issued its 70th change on March 15. Vinpearl is the largest tourism - resort - entertainment service brand in Vietnam. Vinpearl owns a chain of hotel, resort, spa brands along with 5-star conference centers, cuisine and golf courses and international standard entertainment areas located at the most famous tourist attractions in Vietnam.

Currently, Vinpearl operates 30 hotels and resorts under the Vinpearl brand in 17 provinces and cities nationwide, including 15,900 hotel rooms and villas, 3 theme parks and 2 entertainment areas, 3 conservation parks for semi-wild animals, 4 domestic golf courses, and 1 international golf course.
