Vinpearl registers as a public company.

The State Securities Commission confirms the completion of the public company registration of Vinpearl Joint Stock Company.

On November 15th, the State Securities Commission (SSC) issued a document confirming the completion of the public company registration of Vinpearl Joint Stock Company. Vinpearl Joint Stock Company is headquartered on Hon Tre Island, Vinh Nguyen Ward, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province. The company was first registered in July 2006 and received its 70th amendment on March 15th. Vinpearl is the largest tourism, resort, and entertainment service brand in Vietnam. Vinpearl owns a chain of 5-star hotels, resorts, spas, convention centers, restaurants , golf courses, and international-standard entertainment complexes located in Vietnam's most famous tourist destinations.

Currently, Vinpearl operates 30 hotels and resorts under the Vinpearl brand in 17 provinces and cities nationwide, comprising 15,900 hotel rooms and villas, 3 theme parks and 2 amusement parks, 3 semi-wild animal conservation parks, 4 domestic golf courses, and 1 international golf course.
