On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for Protecting National Security (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025), the Women's Union of Nguyet Vien Ward ( Thanh Hoa ) coordinated with the Inspection Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Public Security Party Committee to organize the program "Giving gifts and sponsoring orphaned children with special difficulties in 2025".

Police officers from Thanh Hoa province, along with representatives from the Women's Union of the commune and the Women's Association of Quan Noi 3 residential area, visited and encouraged Thu.
The program took place in a warm and heartfelt atmosphere, with the participation of leaders, officers, and soldiers of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission of the Provincial Public Security Department; leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nguyet Vien Ward; representatives of the Women's Union of the ward; the Women's Committee and branch of Quan Noi 3 residential area; and the family of Diem Thu. All eyes followed the solemn moment when the representative of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission of the Provincial Public Security Department presented a gift and pledged to sponsor the child.
This support goes beyond just material assistance; more importantly, it provides Diem Thu with immense emotional encouragement. It instills in her the belief that she is not alone on her journey of learning and growth; that there are still kind hearts out there ready to protect and support her whenever she faces difficulties.
The Women's Union of Nguyet Vien Ward expressed its appreciation for the support of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission of the Provincial Police and the Women's Union of the Provincial Police. These acts of kindness not only helped Diem Thu confidently continue her education but also spread a message of love and sharing to the community, contributing to nurturing future generations.
