Ea Rốk commune conducts election rehearsal.

The Ea Rốk Commune Election Committee conducted a rehearsal for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in the commune.

The rehearsal was conducted at polling station No. 4, polling area No. 10 (village 7, Ea Rốk commune).

The rehearsal covered preparations for election day, including arranging polling areas, polling rooms, ballot distribution tables, and ballot boxes according to regulations; posting voter and candidate lists; preparing sufficient ballots, voter cards, forms, and related documents; and assigning specific tasks to each member of the election committee.

Simultaneously, rehearsals were conducted on election day procedures such as opening at the polling station, checking and sealing ballot boxes, instructing voters to present their voter cards, receiving ballots, voters filling out and casting their votes into the ballot box, and stamping "Voted" on the voter card; and vote counting rehearsals: opening ballot boxes in the correct order, counting and classifying valid and invalid ballots, preparing a vote counting report, and determining the election results.

Ea Rốk commune conducted a drill to proactively prepare for and handle any situations that might arise on election day.

In addition, the organizing committee also conducted drills to handle unforeseen situations such as voters forgetting or losing their voter cards, voters writing incorrectly or damaging ballots, voters not being on the voter list, security breaches at polling stations, fires at polling stations, bad weather, or power outages.

The rehearsal was conducted seriously and according to plan. The members of the polling stations grasped the election organization process and the plan for handling unforeseen situations. Through the rehearsal, the polling stations gained necessary experience to ensure that the election takes place safely, democratically, and in accordance with the law.

Ea Rốk commune has 16,445 voters participating in the election, with 20 polling stations. At this point, preparations have been completed, ensuring all requirements are met and everything is ready for the election day to take place safely, seriously, and in accordance with the law.
