In addition, many hypothetical situations were also considered, such as a sick voter staying home and unable to vote, mistakenly marking the wrong ballot and requesting a replacement or simply throwing it in the ballot box, losing their voter card, a temporary resident requesting to vote at their permanent residence but not being on the voter list, or sending a ballot to someone else, etc.
In addition, the election committee members also practiced the vote counting process and prepared vote counting reports in accordance with the law.

Immediately after the rehearsal, the Van Hoa Commune Election Committee organized an evaluation of the results, identifying areas for improvement so that election officials could better understand the organizational process and enhance their skills in handling unforeseen situations. This contributed to the best possible preparation for the election of representatives to the 16th National Assembly and representatives to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in the commune.
