In the price adjustment on June 25th, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance continued to allocate funds to the fuel price stabilization fund from the state budget at a rate of 300 VND/liter for bio-gasoline; 800 VND/liter for diesel fuel; and 800 VND/kg for mazut fuel. Meanwhile, no funds from the stabilization fund were used for these products.
After making deductions and using the Fuel Price Stabilization Fund, the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline decreased by 767 VND/liter compared to the previous period, down to 19,359 VND/liter; E10 RON 95 III gasoline has a new price of 19,916 VND/liter after being adjusted down by 837 VND/liter.
Diesel and fuel oil prices decreased by 1,668 VND/liter and 1,650 VND/kg respectively, to new prices of 21,866 VND/liter and 15,030 VND/kg.

The operator stated that the allocation and non-use of the Fuel Price Stabilization Fund for the aforementioned items will be applied from 3 PM on June 25, 2026. Fuel wholesalers and distributors will adjust the selling prices of these products according to regulations, but no later than 3 PM on the same day.
According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the management of gasoline and diesel prices in recent times has always closely followed developments in the world market, ensuring the principle of operation according to market mechanisms with state management. The management measures have been implemented flexibly and promptly to contribute to macroeconomic stability, inflation control, and ensuring the supply of gasoline and diesel for the economy.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade will continue to coordinate with relevant agencies to strengthen inspection and supervision of the fulfillment of responsibilities in ensuring the supply of petroleum products by primary and distribution traders; and strictly handle violations in accordance with the law.
In the coming period, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance will continue to closely monitor developments in the global and domestic petroleum markets to implement appropriate price management, promptly report and propose to the Government and the Prime Minister management solutions to ensure market stability and meet the production, business, and consumption needs of the people.
