Xuan Son was given another car.

On the morning of June 8th at Thien Truong Stadium, footballer Nguyen Xuan Son officially received the handover of his Jaecoo J7 PHEV (SHS) - a prominent hybrid electric vehicle in its segment.

The Jaecoo J7 car that Xuan Son received is worth nearly 900 million VND. This is a significant reward for the Brazilian-born player after his outstanding contributions to Vietnamese football in recent times.

This is the second time Xuan Son has received such a generous gift. Previously, after winning the ASEAN Cup 2024 with the Vietnamese national team, the Brazilian-born striker was also gifted a house and another car by philanthropists and businesses in the country.

Xuan Son is one of the most outstanding players in Vietnamese football at the moment. He scored 31 goals in the V.League 2023/24 season, contributing to Nam Dinh's championship victory.

In November 2024, Xuan Son officially became a Vietnamese citizen. He made his debut for the Vietnamese national team in the 5-0 victory against Myanmar in the group stage of the ASEAN Cup 2024, scoring two goals in that match.

Xuan Son's impressive performance at the 2024 ASEAN Cup played a major role in helping Vietnam win the title after defeating Thailand in the second leg of the final. However, it was in that very match that Xuan Son suffered a serious injury. He fractured his tibia and fibula, and is expected to be out for 8 months. Currently, he is in the recovery process and can begin some light exercises.
