Die Provinz Phu Tho legt Ziele für die Landnutzung bis 2030 fest.

Herr Phan Trong Tan, stellvertretender Vorsitzender des Volkskomitees der Provinz Phu Tho , hat soeben den Beschluss Nr. 1399/QD-UBND unterzeichnet, der die Anpassung und Ergänzung der bis 2030 den Bezirken, Städten und Gemeinden in Beschluss Nr. 785/QD-UBND vom 23. April 2024 des Volkskomitees der Provinz Phu Tho zugewiesenen Landnutzungsziele betrifft.

Konkret sehen die Ziele für die Landnutzungsanpassung in der Stadt Viet Tri bis 2030 wie folgt aus: Landwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 4.585 ha; nichtlandwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 6.539 ha; ungenutztes Land 24 ha; städtische Fläche 6.387 ha; landwirtschaftliche Produktionszone 1.292 ha; Forstzone 271 ha; Naturschutz- und Biodiversitätsschutzzone 119 ha; Industrieentwicklungszone 410 ha; Gewerbe- und Dienstleistungszone 130 ha; ländliche Wohnzone 4.345 ha.

Für die Stadt Phu Tho lauten die Ziele für die Anpassung der Landnutzung bis 2030 wie folgt: Landwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 3.581 ha; nichtlandwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 2.915 ha; ungenutztes Land 24 ha; städtische Nutzfläche 2.369 ha; landwirtschaftliche Produktionszone 779 ha; Forstzone 527 ha; Industrieentwicklungszone 455 ha; Gewerbe- und Dienstleistungszone 70 ha; ländliche Wohnzone 1.186 ha.

Für den Bezirk Cam Khe lauten die Ziele für die Landnutzungsanpassung bis 2030 wie folgt: Landwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 16.871 ha; nichtlandwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 6.453 ha; ungenutztes Land 68 ha; städtische Nutzfläche 2.809 ha; landwirtschaftliche Produktionszone 3.525 ha; Forstzone 4.077 ha; Industrieentwicklungszone 555 ha; Gewerbe- und Dienstleistungszone 73 ha; ländliche Wohnzone 5.507 ha.

Für den Bezirk Doan Hung lauten die Ziele für die Landnutzungsanpassung bis 2030 wie folgt: Landwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 24.707 ha; nichtlandwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 5.515 ha; ungenutztes Land 64 ha; städtische Nutzfläche 1.168 ha; landwirtschaftliche Produktionszone 3.349 ha; Forstzone 11.643 ha; Naturschutz- und Biodiversitätsschutzzone 607 ha; Industrieentwicklungszone 323 ha; Gewerbe- und Dienstleistungszone 56 ha; ländliche Wohnzone 5.649 ha.

Für den Bezirk Ha Hoa lauten die Ziele für die Landnutzungsanpassung bis 2030 wie folgt: Landwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 26.206 ha; nichtlandwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 7.885 ha; ungenutztes Land 60 ha; städtische Nutzfläche 1.555 ha; landwirtschaftliche Produktionszone 3.557 ha; Forstzone 11.870 ha; Naturschutz- und Biodiversitätsschutzzone 670 ha; Industrieentwicklungszone 610 ha; Gewerbe- und Dienstleistungszone 166 ha; ländliche Wohnzone 4.203 ha.

Für den Bezirk Lam Thao lauten die Ziele für die Landnutzungsanpassung bis 2030 wie folgt: Landwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 5.595 ha; nichtlandwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 4.221 ha; ungenutztes Land 19 ha; städtische Nutzfläche 1.026 ha; landwirtschaftliche Produktionszone 3.004 ha; Forstzone 66 ha; Industrieentwicklungszone 112 ha; Gewerbe- und Dienstleistungszone 48 ha; ländliche Wohnzone 1.957 ha.

Für den Bezirk Phu Ninh lauten die Ziele für die Landnutzungsanpassung bis 2030 wie folgt: Landwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 10.876 ha; nichtlandwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 4.828 ha; ungenutztes Land 34 ha; städtische Nutzfläche 1.500 ha; landwirtschaftliche Produktionszone 2.319 ha; Forstzone 2.247 ha; Naturschutz- und Biodiversitätszone 23 ha; Industrieentwicklungszone 371 ha; Gewerbe- und Dienstleistungszone 70 ha; ländliche Wohnzone 6.769 ha.

Für den Bezirk Tam Nong lauten die Ziele zur Landnutzungsanpassung bis 2030 wie folgt: Landwirtschaftliche Fläche 10.454 ha; nichtlandwirtschaftliche Fläche 4.944 ha; ungenutztes Land 160 ha; Stadtgrundstück 3.741 ha; landwirtschaftliche Produktionszone 1.569 ha; Forstzone 2.404 ha; Industrieentwicklungszone 687 ha; Gewerbe- und Dienstleistungszone 79 ha; ländliche Wohnzone 1.633 ha.

Für den Bezirk Tan Son lauten die Ziele für die Landnutzungsanpassung bis 2030 wie folgt: Landwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 63.978 ha; nichtlandwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 4.798 ha; ungenutztes Land 82 ha; städtische Nutzfläche 2.087 ha; landwirtschaftliche Produktionszone 2.680 ha; Forstzone 50.189 ha; Naturschutz- und Biodiversitätszone 12.038 ha; Industrieentwicklungszone 120 ha; Gewerbe- und Dienstleistungszone 82 ha; ländliche Wohnzone 3.365 ha.

Für den Bezirk Thanh Ba lauten die Ziele für die Landnutzungsanpassung bis 2030 wie folgt: Landwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 13.808 ha; nichtlandwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 5.518 ha; ungenutztes Land 139 ha; städtische Nutzfläche 1.163 ha; landwirtschaftliche Produktionszone 4.279 ha; Forstzone 2.963 ha; Naturschutz- und Biodiversitätsschutzzone 79 ha; Industrieentwicklungszone 461 ha; Gewerbe- und Dienstleistungszone 60 ha; ländliche Wohnzone 4.988 ha.

Für den Bezirk Thanh Son lauten die Ziele für die Landnutzungsanpassung bis 2030 wie folgt: Landwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 55.102 ha; nichtlandwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 6.893 ha; ungenutztes Land 116 ha; städtische Nutzfläche 1.208 ha; landwirtschaftliche Produktionszone 3.250 ha; Forstzone 39.440 ha; Industrieentwicklungszone 141 ha; Gewerbe- und Dienstleistungszone 73 ha; ländliche Wohnzone 3.835 ha.

Für den Bezirk Thanh Thuy lauten die Ziele für die Landnutzungsanpassung bis 2030 wie folgt: Landwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 8.155 ha; nichtlandwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 4.333 ha; ungenutztes Land 81 ha; städtische Nutzfläche 2.365 ha; landwirtschaftliche Produktionszone 1.335 ha; Forstzone 2.474 ha; Industrieentwicklungszone 139 ha; Gewerbe- und Dienstleistungszone 267 ha; ländliche Wohnzone 4.476 ha.

Für den Bezirk Yen Lap lauten die Ziele für die Landnutzungsanpassung bis 2030 wie folgt: Landwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 37.866 ha; nichtlandwirtschaftliche Nutzfläche 5.892 ha; ungenutzte Fläche 67 ha; städtische Fläche 1.346 ha; landwirtschaftliche Produktionszone 4.275 ha; Forstzone 26.129 ha; Naturschutz- und Biodiversitätszone 324 ha; Industrieentwicklungszone 345 ha; Gewerbe- und Dienstleistungszone 101 ha; ländliche Wohnzone 6.734 ha.
