January 2020, updated changes on November 30, 11. The property is owned by Mr. Ho Hoang Dieu.
- 2. Time and location of asset seizure: Exactly 9:00 a.m., April 18, 4 at land plot number 2024, map sheet number 2316, address: Area 12, An Khanh Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City.
- 3. Reason for seizure: Borrowed by the customer (Mr. Ho Hoang Dieu according to Credit Contract No. HDTD63B202183 dated November 18, 11 and Credit Contract No. HDTD2021B63 dated January 202211, 28; and Contract Appendix No. 01/HDTD2022B01/PGDHL/ PL-TD dated November 63, 202183) did not fulfill the loan repayment obligation to LPBank, so the Bank seized security assets to handle and recover the loan.
