Ingredient:

Making:

Ingredient:

  • Pure honey: 1 liter;
  • Rock sugar: 0.5 kg (depending on taste);
  • Coarse salt: 1 tablespoon.

Making:

  • Wash lemon, soak in diluted salt water for 15 minutes.
  • Remove and drain, remove stem, slice thinly (can leave whole fruit).
  • Wash the glass jar, rinse with boiling water and let dry.
  • Spread a layer of rock sugar at the bottom of the jar → arrange lemons → sprinkle sugar → do this repeatedly until all the lemons are gone. Pour honey over the lemons. Cover tightly, store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight.
  • Can be used after 3 weeks, the longer you leave it, the more lemon will absorb and the more fragrant it will be.
