Heavy rain upstream caused the water level to increase, making the situation of the four children in the stream even more critical.
A child slipped and was swept away by the water, fortunately people nearby discovered and rescued him in time.
The remaining three children had to climb onto a rock in the middle of the stream to take refuge, while the flood water continued to rise.
Upon receiving the information, leaders of the district People's Committee, functional forces of Chu Puh district and Ia Blu commune authorities quickly arrived at the scene to organize rescue. At the same time, the district also notified the provincial rescue team to coordinate in rescuing the children.
