According to the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, in April 2025, the province saw the establishment of 143 new businesses with a registered capital of VND 818.6 billion, representing a 14.4% increase in the number of businesses and a 44.7% increase in registered capital compared to the same period last year. Meanwhile, statistics show that 60 businesses registered to temporarily cease operations, a 15.4% increase compared to the same period in 2024; 20 businesses were dissolved, a 33.3% increase compared to the same period; and 27 businesses resumed operations, a 6.9% decrease compared to the same period.

In the first four months of the year, 434 new businesses were established with a registered capital of VND 3,379.8 billion, an increase of 6.6% in the number of businesses and a 92.3% increase in registered capital compared to the same period last year; 561 businesses registered to temporarily cease operations, an increase of 14% compared to the same period last year, and 185 businesses resumed operations, a decrease of 0.5% compared to the same period last year. The province currently has 14,926 operating businesses with a total registered capital of VND 181,351 billion.
