At the conference to disseminate Resolution 09, Ho Chi Minh City Party Secretary Tran Luu Quang emphasized the keywords in implementing Resolution 09 of the Politburo on building and developing Ho Chi Minh City in the new era: "responsibility, determination, accuracy, creativity, and courage".

On the morning of June 6th, the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee organized a conference to study, understand, and implement Resolution 09 of the Politburo on building and developing Ho Chi Minh City in the new era.

The conference was held in person at the city center and online to 1,250 locations at all levels of Party committees and organizations, as well as 168 communes, wards, and special zones in Ho Chi Minh City. Nearly 93,000 cadres and Party members participated in the conference to study, understand, and implement Resolution 09 of the Politburo on building and developing Ho Chi Minh City in the new era.

Analyzing each keyword in detail, the Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee stated that the Central Government has entrusted Ho Chi Minh City with a "heavy responsibility," and the city accepts this "heavy responsibility" to build and develop the city in the new era with the motto: "Ho Chi Minh City for the whole country, the whole country for Ho Chi Minh City."

Facing this "important responsibility," the Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee emphasized that the conference to disseminate and implement Resolution 09 is of great importance. Regarding the keyword "accuracy," the Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee stated that during the implementation of the action program for Resolution 09, it is essential to ensure that it is "correct and relevant."

Instead, the People's Council and People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, will have the authority to issue regulations and guidelines for the implementation of this law.
