According to Resolution No. 85/NQ-HĐBCQG dated December 15, 2025, of the National Election Council on the number of electoral units, the list of electoral units, and the number of National Assembly deputies to be elected in each electoral unit of provinces and cities, Ninh Binh has 8 electoral units and the number of National Assembly deputies to be elected for the 16th term is 19.
