In line with the spirit of the 14th Party Congress, Comrade Tran Anh Hoa affirmed that this is a central and continuous task, requiring every Party member to set an example, "match words with actions," and wholeheartedly serve the people, contributing to the rapid implementation of the Party's resolutions.
The highlight of the meeting was when all cadres and party members of Branch 26 watched the documentary film "The Choice of History," helping party members to strengthen their faith and pride in their role in the new era.
On behalf of the Party Committee, Comrade Tran Anh Hoa officially launched the 2026 high-intensity emulation movement with six key areas of focus. These include concentrating on excellently fulfilling political tasks, promoting administrative reform, digital transformation, and especially the work of disseminating information and mobilizing the people to participate in the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, ensuring compliance with the law, safety, and efficiency…

"Happy Alley" and "Great Unity Meal" create a warm atmosphere.

Also on February 3rd, the atmosphere in residential area 26 was bustling, filled with laughter and lively conversations, with the inauguration ceremony of the "Happy Alley" project at alley 151A Thai Ha. After a period of renovation, the small alley has completely transformed its appearance, with hundreds of national flags and banners brightly displayed, interspersed with the green of 20 potted plants of happiness placed along the walkway.
Speaking about the project's creation process, Nguyen Tien Dung, head of Neighborhood Group 33, proudly shared: "This idea originated from Comrade Tran Anh Hoa, Party Secretary and Head of the Front Committee, and quickly received support from the Party Committee and the Fatherland Front of the ward. When the plan was posted on the group's Zalo group to solicit opinions and raise funds, the results were surprising. In just one day, benefactors and residents enthusiastically donated over 30 million VND. With this resource, we not only renovated Alley 151A but also decorated neighboring alleys with colorful flags and flowers."

Attending the inauguration ceremony, the Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Dong Da Ward, Nguyen Ngoc Viet, acknowledged and highly appreciated the creativity of the Party Branch and the Front Committee No. 26. He emphasized: "The inauguration of the 'Happy Alley' is not merely an urban beautification project, but a vivid testament to the spirit of 'skillful mass mobilization' and the power of unity. In the future, I hope the Party Branch will continue to build on this achievement, not only maintaining a green, clean, and beautiful alley but also spreading the spirit of solidarity and mutual support even more strongly, laying the groundwork for building more 'happy residential areas,' contributing to bringing the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 18th City Party Congress into reality."
Immediately after the inauguration ceremony, a warm and friendly "Meal of Solidarity" was held at the community center. During this simple yet meaningful meal, Party members gathered to share the joy of welcoming the New Year and strengthen community bonds. Many members who are also active in both Party and government activities participated.
Deputy Secretary of Party Branch 26, Vu Manh Thang, said: "Party Branch 26 currently has nearly 200 party members, with two residential groups (32 and 33) and nearly 700 households. This is the first time the Party Branch has organized a 'Great Solidarity Meal' after the merger and the operation of the two-level local government. During these warm meals, people chat and exchange ideas about work and family matters, fostering closer relationships. If this model proves effective, we will maintain and expand it to the entire residential area."

Laughter, conversations, and simple stories about daily life and New Year's dreams all blend together to create a warm picture of a united and compassionate community.
Participating in the intimate meal, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hanh (82 years old, 58 years of Party membership) shared: "Although exempt from attending meetings, I was still invited to this warm and friendly meal. The 'Great Unity Meal' is not only an opportunity to meet but also to strengthen the bonds between Party members of the branch."
The joyful and warm atmosphere of the early days of the new year is spreading throughout every corner, further motivating each resident here. Party Secretary of Ward 26, Tran Anh Hoa, proudly shared: "Models like 'Happy Alley' or 'Great Unity Meal' are our way of concretizing the Party's policies into daily life. Building on that spirit of unity and creativity, in 2026, residential area 26 is determined to overcome all difficulties to become increasingly civilized and modern, making a worthy contribution to the overall development of Dong Da ward and the Capital city."
