Now, An Khang continues to extend its healthcare journey with a new feature: scheduling appointments at over 70 hospitals and 300 medical facilities nationwide, such as the University Medical Center Hospital, Hospital 115, Dermatology Hospital, etc., through a strategic partnership with Medpro.
From June onwards, people can easily book appointments quickly on the An Khang website without needing to download additional apps or switch platforms. If they are not tech-savvy, users can simply visit the nearest An Khang pharmacy – where pharmacists are always ready to guide them step-by-step, from registering information and consulting on hospitals and departments to even assisting with online payments.
This is a very practical change, especially for the elderly or those unfamiliar with digital platforms. Instead of having to go to the hospital early in the morning to queue and wait for hours to get a number for an examination, people can now proactively choose their desired hospital, specialty, doctor, or appointment time and get a number online.
This not only saves time and effort but also reduces pressure on the healthcare system. For working people, this service also helps many easily arrange their work, travel proactively, and avoid disrupting their personal schedules.
Through its partnership with Vietnam's leading medical appointment booking platform, An Khang helps customers bridge the gap with specialized healthcare services.
According to a representative from An Khang, the goal of this new service is to eliminate the need for people to search for information, inquire at multiple places, or go through cumbersome procedures on various applications. An Khang aims to become a simple and reliable bridge between people and healthcare services, where all procedures are handled with dedicated support.
Furthermore, An Khang aims to build a comprehensive healthcare system that fully meets the needs of patients: from answering questions, providing lifestyle advice, guiding the use of medical equipment, to tracking health records on VNeID, and now, quickly scheduling appointments. People only need one touch – visiting the nearest An Khang pharmacy or going to the chain's website – to get everything they need.
Thus, with this additional service, An Khang is once again moving closer to becoming the neighborhood's "health consultation center." This is not just about adding another service, but about further expanding its role in serving the community, similar to how The Gioi Di Dong (Mobile World) has developed multi-service transaction points for bill payments, cash top-ups and withdrawals, aiming to provide maximum convenience for local residents.
