Thai Bo village is located along the Red River. Of its 196 households, 80% are involved in vegetable farming, cultivating over 7 hectares of land. The people here mainly cultivate climbing vegetables such as bitter melon, fragrant melon, gourd, pumpkin, chayote, etc. The residents of Thai Bo village are mainly migrants from the Northern Delta who came to build a new economic zone. Initially, they worked in forestry farms, then switched to growing vegetables. A spacious house nestled amidst a lush green vegetable garden.
Early in the morning, people were already present in the vast vegetable fields, tending to the various vegetables. Many couples become "colleagues" in vegetable farming, working together daily in the large vegetable farm. Farmers are tending to their tomato garden. These ripe red tomatoes are certified safe.
The women of Thai Bo village have extensive experience and techniques in vegetable cultivation. Growing vegetables provides a stable source of income for the people of Thai Bo. The vast vegetable patch interspersed with rows of straight betel nut trees creates a peaceful scene. The green shoots stretch towards the sun.
Thanks to vegetable farming, the lives of the people have become increasingly stable, thereby creating conditions for building a new rural area and making Thai Bo a prosperous, beautiful, and wealthy place.
