According to The Information , Apple has also spoken with its component suppliers, stating that the company has decided not to continue developing the Vision Pro 2 and will instead focus on a cheaper MR (mixed reality) headset, reportedly codenamed N109.

Apple's goal is to launch a more affordable Vision headset at a price comparable to the current top-of-the-line iPhone, around $1,600.
