"Leaving no one behind" is not only a goal in social welfare programs but also a command from the heart of those working in humanitarian aid.

With that spirit in mind, the First Congress of the An Bien Commune Red Cross Society, for the term 2026-2031, has identified many goals and solutions to mobilize community strength and provide better care for the poor, vulnerable, and those in difficult circumstances in the area.
