These new innovations include Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, new AI agents and tools on the AWS Marketplace, and the Nova customization feature on SageMaker AI… Accordingly, Amazon Web Services (AWS) launched its latest platform service, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, available on the AWS Marketplace, and announced a $100 million investment to accelerate agentic AI development.
AWS has also established a set of standards for security, reliability, and data privacy for cloud computing. Now, AWS is applying these principles to agentic AI by announcing new services and tools that help customers build AI agents on the robust AWS technology platform.
AWS also launched the latest updates to Strands Agent, a new open-source SDK that helps develop AI systems where multiple AI agents work together to handle complex tasks. This technology shortens deployment time from months to just hours, allowing businesses to build synchronized teams of AI assistants to meet customer demands, analyze data, and perform other complex tasks. AWS also introduced the AWS AI League initiative, creating a competitive platform for developers to solve real-world problems with AI-generated solutions…
Swami Sivasubramanian, AWS Vice President of Agentic AI, said: "This is a revolution in many areas. It's fundamentally changing how software is built, but it also brings many new challenges in deployment and operations. And most importantly, it could change how software interacts with the world – and how we interact with software."
