The Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has issued decisions on early retirement for 8 comrades.

By leveraging local advantages and combining them with comprehensive and effective government support policies, the mountainous district of Mu Cang Chai (Yen Bai province) has created stable livelihoods, awakened aspirations to escape poverty, helped people develop their internal strengths, and eliminated the mentality of dependence and reliance.
