(Dan Tri) - The Hydrometeorological Agency forecasts that the eastern region of the provinces from Da Nang to Dak Lak and the northern part of Khanh Hoa province will continue to have heavy to very heavy rain in the coming days, and flooding will last for the next few days.

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that in the next two days, the Northern and North Central regions will have rain in some places, sunny during the day, cold at night and in the morning, and some mountainous areas in the North will have severe cold.

It is forecasted that from the evening of November 20 to the end of November 21, the eastern region of the provinces from Da Nang to Dak Lak and the northern part of Khanh Hoa province will have moderate to heavy rain with common rainfall of 50-120mm, locally very heavy rain over 200mm.

In addition, on the night of November 20 and the day of November 21, the Central Highlands and the South will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with rainfall of 10-30mm, locally over 50mm (rain concentrated in the afternoon and evening).

The Hydrometeorological Agency said that from November 24, heavy rain in the Central region will tend to decrease rapidly.
