Delegates also contributed opinions to perfect the draft Decree in the direction of ensuring conformity, synchronization and consistency with other relevant laws and legal documents.
Speaking at the conference, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha emphasized that the highest goal is to protect rice land, protect rice land safety to ensure sustainable food security and environmental protection.
Therefore, based on the comments of the delegates, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to continue to coordinate with ministries and local branches to clarify the theoretical basis, practicality and feasibility in implementing the provisions of the Decree. At the same time, review and clarify the scope of the Decree, ensuring the enforcement of the Law when it comes into life.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested the two ministries to continue researching and collecting opinions from experts and contributions from delegates at the conference to complete the draft to submit to the Government for consideration and promulgation of the Decree in accordance with the correct procedures and legal regulations.
