When Dat arrived in front of a bubble tea shop on Le Duc Tho Street (Ward 9, Go Vap District), he spotted Ms. T. (a resident of Binh Duong Province) with two phones on the table. He then drove his motorbike close to the table, snatched the two phones, and fled.
Afterward, Dat went to District 10 to sell the stolen items to a phone shop. Since one phone couldn't be sold, Dat took it back to the hotel and hid it.
Following an investigation, the police arrested Dat and recovered the stolen goods. On September 27th, the police returned the property to Mrs. T.
