Female director arrested in Binh Dinh.

On October 31st, Colonel Huynh Bao Nguyen, Deputy Director of the Binh Dinh Provincial Police, announced that the Provincial Police Investigation Agency had issued a decision to initiate a criminal case, indict the suspect, and detain Ms. Huynh Thi Sen, Director of Kim Trieu Joint Stock Company, for four months to investigate the crime of "abuse of trust to appropriate property".

Previously, on October 27th, the Criminal Investigation Agency of Binh Dinh Provincial Police announced that it was investigating the case of Huynh Thi Sen (born in 1965, residing at 44/4 Tran Hung Dao Street, Quy Nhon City) for the crime of "abuse of trust to appropriate property" that occurred in Quy Nhon City in 2020.

According to the investigation results, since April 2018, Huynh Thi Sen, the Director of Kim Trieu Joint Stock Company, used business reasons and made commitments regarding repayment schedules to borrow large sums of money from individuals on multiple occasions.

When the agreed-upon deadline arrived, the defendant did not have the money to repay the victim, so he added up the principal and interest to rewrite the "loan agreement," promising further repayment times. Subsequently, Sen used deceptive tactics to evade responsibility for the remaining debt in order to misappropriate the funds.

To ensure the investigation of this case is conducted in accordance with the law, the Criminal Investigation Agency of Binh Dinh Provincial Police announces that anyone who is a victim related to Huynh Thi Sen's use of the aforementioned methods to embezzle money, or who knows of Sen's other illegal activities but has not yet filed a complaint, should submit a complaint to the Criminal Investigation Agency of Binh Dinh Provincial Police (address: 41 Hai Ba Trung Street, Quy Nhon City; telephone: 069.434.9334 or Investigator Hoang Thanh Quang; telephone: 0903.671.891) for resolution according to the law.

If the victim does not submit a request within 30 days of this notice, the Provincial Police Investigation Agency will not be responsible for handling the case.
