Doctors and medical staff at Thong Nhat General Hospital in Dong Nai province are providing free medical examinations to the public.
During the medical examination, doctors examined 300 people from the former Thanh Binh and Cay Gao communes. Those who came for examination included poor and near-poor households, households with difficult circumstances, elderly people living alone, etc. Doctors here say that the majority of patients come for check-ups with cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, physical weakness, joint pain, diabetes, respiratory problems, bronchitis, and dental issues. People who come for medical check-ups receive diagnoses, health advice, and free medication from doctors.
Local leaders express gratitude to doctors, nurses, and philanthropists.
The collaboration between the People's Committee of the commune and the hospital in providing free medical examinations and medication to people in difficult circumstances not only helps those who cannot afford regular health check-ups at the hospital, but also encourages people to be more aware of protecting their health regularly.
Local leaders and philanthropists presented gifts to the residents.
On this occasion, the delegation also presented 300 gifts to people in difficult circumstances. The entire funding for this initiative was raised by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune from Thong Nhat General Hospital in Dong Nai and other benefactors.
