A kitchen was set up as part of the system.

Joining hands, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tu – head of the Angel Heart Charity Club – Da Nang, shared that as a native of Central Vietnam, a region frequently affected by storms and floods, he understands the urgent needs of people in flood-affected areas.

During his time in charge of the community kitchen in Lao Cai, the hot, completely free meals sent to flood victims made Mr. Tu clearly see the timely support that this program provided.

"When we deliver hot meals to people in flood-affected areas, we receive heartfelt gratitude and thanks in return. This motivates us to try our best to cook the most delicious meals to share with people during this natural disaster," said Mr. Tú.

Wherever you need us, we'll be there.

Mr. Do Van De – president of the Vietnam Volunteer Community and head of the mobile field kitchen's management board – shared plans to sustainably maintain the kitchen.

Not just during this period, but from now on, "wherever there is a natural disaster, wherever there is a need, we will be there." All of this is based on the spirit of readiness and sharing, helping people with meals to combat hunger and providing motivation to overcome difficulties, natural disasters, or epidemics.
