Bringing warmth and comfort to people in difficult circumstances.
One of Mr. Chinh's most notable achievements is the initiation and effective maintenance of the 213 Club – a group connecting Party members working in various agencies and units but participating in Party activities locally. Established in 2019, the club currently has 53 members, becoming a bridge for Party members from different fields to join hands and contribute to their homeland through practical actions.

Through Mr. Chinh's connections, members of Club 213 not only contribute to local development but also actively participate in social welfare activities. These contributions have become a practical source of encouragement for many in difficult circumstances. In 2025 alone, the club raised nearly 45 million VND for gratitude and support for vulnerable people. The club's regular operating fund currently maintains over 43 million VND to support the poor, elderly living alone, orphaned children, people with disabilities, and to help students overcome difficulties.
Concern for the deceased
Not only concerned with the living, Mr. Chinh also deeply cared about the resting place of the local people. Faced with the deteriorating condition of the cemetery, he, along with the Party branch and the local government, mobilized the people and philanthropists to work together to renovate it, build a sturdy fence, install a shared water tank, and tidy up the burial plots to make them more presentable and orderly.
From late 2023 to early 2024, the appeal received widespread support, with a total contribution of over 170 million VND. The project not only transformed the appearance of the cemetery but also demonstrated the community's affection and respect for the deceased.

Besides caring about the lives of the people, Mr. Nguyen Van Chinh also devoted much effort to renovating the cemetery in Van Han hamlet. Established after 1975, the cemetery had gradually deteriorated over the years, lacking protective fencing and a comprehensive plan.
Concerned about this situation, he, along with the local Party branch and government, mobilized the people and philanthropists to join hands in the renovation. Thanks to socialized funding and the cooperation of the people, the project was quickly completed, resulting in a more spacious, clean, and beautiful appearance.
On the day the project was completed and put into use, many residents could not hide their joy that the resting place of their loved ones, after nearly half a century, had been renovated properly and neatly. What is particularly valuable is that the entire process of fundraising, receiving, and using the funds was transparent and open, creating consensus and trust among the people.
For Mr. Chinh, these actions were not for recognition of achievements, but stemmed from a desire to contribute to building a more compassionate and benevolent homeland. It was this dedication and sense of responsibility that helped him become a connector of charitable hearts, spreading the spirit of mutual support and leaving many positive feelings in the hearts of the local people.
