Vietcombank lists interest rates for individual customers depositing savings for 7-14 days at 0.2%. For customers depositing savings for 1 and 2 months, Vietcombank lists an interest rate of 1.7%/year. For a 3-month term, Vietcombank lists an interest rate of 2%/year.

Customers depositing money for terms of 6-9 months receive an interest rate of 3% per year. Customers depositing money for 12-60 months receive the highest interest rate of 4.7%.

Customers who deposit money without a fixed term will receive an interest rate of 0.1% per year.

You can refer to the interest calculation method to find out how much interest you will receive after depositing your savings. The formula for calculating interest is as follows:

Interest = Deposit amount x Deposit interest rate %/12 x Number of months deposited

For example, if you deposit 500 million VND into Vietcombank for a 12-month term and earn an interest rate of 4.7% per year, the interest you will receive will be as follows:

500 million VND x 4.7%/12 months x 12 months = 23.5 million VND.
