Regardless of any circumstances, the Party, State, and people always give affection, care, and dedicated and thoughtful support to people with disabilities and orphans; This is the morality and tradition of our nation, the good nature of our regime, and a noble cause that requires affection, responsibility, joint effort, and solidarity from the entire political system and the entire society.

Representative of the Vietnam Association for the Support of People with Disabilities and Orphans, Chairman of the Association Nguyen Trong Dam affirmed that the Association continues to promote its role in mobilizing, connecting, and coordinating resources to organize many support activities. disabled people, orphans. In particular, the 19th "One Heart - One World" program is a key event to connect generous hearts with disabled people and orphans in difficult circumstances in 2024. The 2024th conference, in 368, will have the participation of 198 delegates who are exemplary leaders from all over the country converging on the capital Hanoi, including 72 people with disabilities, 98 orphans, XNUMX patrons.
