Faced with the need for innovation in content and methods of communication, Binh Duc Ward created the Binh Duc Ward fanpage "Creative - Dynamic - Civilized" on Facebook, promoting communication efforts, contributing to social consensus, and strengthening the connection between the government and the people.

According to Vo Thi Thuy Tien, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Binh Duc Ward, the ward has a large population, and the people's need for access to information is increasing. Innovating methods of propaganda and mobilization towards a modern approach is an essential requirement in grassroots Party building. Based on this requirement, in July 2025, the Ward Party Committee implemented propaganda work on the local fanpage.

This is a model of "effective mass mobilization," focusing on disseminating information about Party building, mass mobilization work, administrative reform, digital transformation, patriotic emulation movements, exemplary individuals and good deeds, social welfare activities, and issues of public concern. A highlight of the model is its innovative approach to building digital information channels. The ward's fanpage not only posts administrative information but is also gradually becoming a communication channel that helps people access the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws in a timely manner. The locality proactively creates a "positive information flow," reduces information gaps, and combats and refutes false views and harmful information on social media.

According to Vo Van Tri, Deputy Director of the General Service Center of Binh Duc Ward, previously, propaganda work was mainly carried out through community meetings, public address systems, banners, slogans, or group activities. However, with the development and widespread use of social media platforms, people's information access needs have changed significantly. Through fan pages, the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's policies and laws, socio-economic development programs, and local activities are regularly posted with diverse content, making the information lively, easily accessible, and in line with current digital media trends.

We can also easily understand the thoughts and aspirations of the people through comments and feedback messages.”

The biggest advantage of the model is that information is updated quickly, easily accessible, and widely disseminated. However, to achieve effectiveness and increase the number of followers, many residents suggest that articles should include more vivid illustrations. Mr. Nguyen Huu Thoi, residing in Binh Khanh 6 hamlet, said: “Previously, to get local information, I had to wait for neighborhood meetings or hear from others. Now, I just need to open my phone to get updates on the ward's activities. I find the model very practical because it saves time and helps people access accurate information from the authorities.”

After one year of operation, the Binh Duc ward fanpage has recorded an average of nearly 200,000 views per month. This number not only reflects the widespread impact of the model but also shows the level of interest and support from the people for local activities. In the future, the Binh Duc ward Party Committee will continue to improve the quality of propaganda content, diversify forms of expression, strengthen the application of digital technology , and enhance the capacity of the communication team to further promote the effectiveness of the model in the new situation.
