During last year's National Day holiday (September 2nd), nearly 100 traffic accidents occurred nationwide, resulting in dozens of deaths and injuries.

Many tragic incidents stem from moments of carelessness and irresponsibility on the part of both citizens and authorities. This serves as a clear lesson, reminding all levels of government, sectors, and localities that they must not be negligent in ensuring security and order.

A safe society cannot rely solely on authorities; it requires the active participation of every citizen.

Every driver adhering to speed limits, every tourist abandoning the habit of littering, every citizen voluntarily practicing fire prevention and maintaining public safety… all contribute to creating a fulfilling holiday, bringing joy and peace of mind to everyone.
