The Decree clearly stipulates the conditions for training and fostering facilities for fishing vessel crew members:
Is an establishment with training and fostering functions established according to the provisions of law.
Have facilities, equipment, and teaching staff that meet the requirements specified in Appendix XII issued with this Decree.
Have training and fostering programs and textbooks according to regulations; Establish and maintain a quality management system according to ISO 9001 or equivalent standards.
Rights and obligations of training and fostering establishments for fishing vessel crew members
Training and fostering fees are collected according to regulations.
Send written notice according to Form No. 04A.TC issued with this Decree to the State Management Agency for Fisheries under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development at least 30 days before participating in training activities. , training fishing boat crew members.
