On June 22nd, 80 contestants participating in the Golden Rice Award 2025, organized by the Voice of the People of Ho Chi Minh City (VOH), were divided into groups to enter the second round, titled "Young Rice Seedlings".
Contestant Vuong Quan Tri - the winner of the "Rural Talent" competition - is one of 80 contestants who will compete in the "Young Seedling" round.
The "Young Seedling" round will take place over three days, June 29th, 30th, and July 1st, at the VOH headquarters. The 18 best contestants will be selected to continue competing in the next round - "Ripe Rice," and then advance to the final ranking round.
From traditional radio broadcasts to livestreaming platforms, the Golden Rice Award 2025 continues to demonstrate the enduring vitality and widespread influence of a prestigious artistic arena, nurturing new generations of talented Cai Luong and traditional Vietnamese opera singers, and opening opportunities for young Cai Luong vocalists.
