School lunch

- Around Tet (Lunar New Year), the roads are jam-packed. Every lunchtime, I rush to the school to pick up my grandson for lunch, then drive him back to school later. It's exhausting.

Why not let your child attend a day school program to make things easier for them?

- Of course we'd love to. But after several controversies surrounding school meals, many schools are worried and have temporarily suspended boarding services.

- If it's difficult, we'll just shut it down. The need for after-school care is there, but parents are busy with work, and not everyone has the time to pick up and drop off their children at lunchtime and in the afternoon.
