Therefore, people who exercise regularly will have significantly fewer toxins in their bodies compared to those who are sedentary.

Proper exercise helps burn excess energy, reduce fat, and build muscle. This not only improves overall health but also enhances physical appearance. It's recommended to dedicate 150-300 minutes per week to moderate-intensity exercise that suits your body.

2.4. Get enough sleep.

Ensuring adequate and quality sleep each night supports the body's detoxification process and promotes natural health and beauty. During sleep, the brain and other organs in the body rest, regenerate energy, and eliminate harmful toxins that have accumulated throughout the day.

When you don't get enough sleep or sleep deeply, your body doesn't have time to perform its functions. Therefore, toxins can accumulate and affect your health. You should get enough sleep, 7-9 hours each night, and go to bed before 11 PM to improve your health.
