How to check rainfall right on iPhone

Apple’s Weather Map is a little-known feature hidden in the weather app that’s specially designed to help you track temperatures and rainfall in any city across the country, or check the air quality in your area.

This will help users a lot, when you do not need to install additional weather forecast applications, or AirVisual applications to measure air index. Here is how you can check the amount of rain on iPhone.

Step 1: Open the Weather app on your iPhone, then in the map interface, tap the Paper Stack Icon as shown below.

Step 2: Now you will see the temperature map distributed in provinces and cities across the country through the Rainfall color bar. At each location, the amount of rain during the day and night will be clearly displayed.

You can use the time bar below to adjust the time to track rainfall changes in real time automatically. To stop at a specific time, just press stop.

Step 3: To see more information, click on the Layers icon . This will display the interface to choose to view Temperature and Air Quality .

Select the Layers icon > View Temperature and Air Quality.

Step 4: Below is the rain map at your current location or other locations via the Temperature bar.

Note, currently the air quality tracking feature on the iPhone Weather app has some errors and cannot be displayed.
