Pork ribs: 500g
Pineapple: 100g
Cooking oil: 100ml
Garlic: 1 bulb
Green onion: 1 little
Fresh chili: 1 fruit
Common spices (fish sauce/sugar/salt/MSG/seasoning powder): a little

2. How to cook pineapple braised ribs

Wash the ribs and use a knife to chop them into bite-sized pieces.

Next, put the pot on the stove, add water and wait for it to boil. When the water boils, blanch the ribs for about 3-4 minutes to remove the odor. Take the ribs out, rinse 2-3 times and then pour the ribs into a basket to drain. After the ribs have drained, marinate the ribs with a little seasoning to let the ribs absorb the flavor.

Peel the pineapple, remove the eyes, rinse with clean water and cut into small pieces. Peel the garlic, wash and chop finely. Wash and chop green onions and chili.

Step 4 : Finish

Scoop the pineapple braised ribs onto a plate, drizzle the sauce evenly over the top, and garnish with a few slices of fresh chili to make the dish look more appealing.

This dish is best eaten with hot rice. To enhance the flavor, you can serve it with cucumber or raw vegetables.
