Inspired by Tet (Vietnamese Lunar New Year) spaces.

Tet is fast approaching, and the number of calligraphers in their traditional silk robes and turbans, setting out their ink and dó paper on the streets to write auspicious characters for passersby, is increasing. These calligrapher spaces are making the streets during Tet more tranquil and profound.

Inspired by Tet (Vietnamese Lunar New Year) spaces.

As life becomes increasingly modern, many traditional Tet values are fading away and being forgotten. Therefore, cultural revival activities organized by cultural agencies and local authorities, or the spontaneous appearance of calligraphers on busy streets, are truly precious.

Having become a cultural meeting point during Tet (Lunar New Year) in recent years, after the 23rd day of the 12th lunar month, a nostalgic Tet atmosphere is recreated in the grounds of the Thanh Hoa Museum on Truong Thi Street, Hac Thanh Ward. Some years, it features a demonstration of incense making; other years, it recreates a state-run trading area from the subsidy era; other years, it depicts traditional spring festival costumes; and other years, it erects a New Year's pole, simulating the scene of bidding farewell to the Kitchen God and the Stove God... all of which are helping the museum move beyond its academic setting and become more accessible to the public.

Therefore, even amidst the bustling crowds and vehicles shopping for Tet in Hac Thanh ward, many people still come to take photos and check in on social media.

The nearby Hoi An Park also attracted more visitors than usual with its traditional Tet (Lunar New Year) themed displays and spaces where people could immerse themselves in nostalgia. Meanwhile, at Dong Son Ancient Village in Ham Rong Ward, the "Traditional Tet in the Ancient Village" space, featuring stalls selling local specialties and performances of traditional games and shows, which takes place for about 10 days before and after Tet, has become a familiar destination for many locals and residents from nearby areas.

These approaches may differ, but they all share the same goal: to provide tourism products that serve the practical needs of the public during Tet, making life more meaningful and reviving traditional cultural values.

The fast-paced lifestyle and the pragmatic approach to celebrating Tet (Vietnamese Lunar New Year) have led many to complain that they are being turned into "machines" or "robots," and that the traditional spirit of Tet is disappearing. The emergence of spaces dedicated to Tet celebrations of the past is allowing many to relive their past. Many young people also have the opportunity to learn more about the traditional Tet customs. As a result, spring seems to slow down and become more meaningful.
