I strongly agree with the Party's policies and orientations on building a fair, high-quality, effective and sustainable health system. In recent years, our country's health sector has achieved many remarkable achievements, especially in disease prevention and control, health care and protection for the people. However, in reality, there are still many shortcomings that need to be overcome so that the health system can better serve the people, especially the poor and those in remote areas.

First of all, it is necessary to continue to invest synchronously in primary health care. Commune and ward health stations need to be fully equipped with facilities, medicines, equipment and human resources to meet the initial medical examination and treatment needs of the people.

If medical facilities near the people operate effectively, they will help reduce the burden on upper-level hospitals and achieve the goal of universal health care. In addition, it is necessary to focus on training and fostering medical staff in both professional and ethical aspects; and improve treatment policies, especially for doctors and nurses working in disadvantaged areas, so that they can feel secure in their commitment and dedication.

I also fully agree and support the goal of basically exempting hospital fees within the scope of health insurance benefits by 2030 according to the roadmap. Currently, the cost of medical examination and treatment is still a burden for many households, especially poor, near-poor households and the elderly. If the policy of exempting hospital fees for all people is implemented, it will reduce financial pressure, contribute to stabilizing social security, improving the quality of life and longevity of the people.

I believe that, with high political determination and consensus of the entire population, the goal of building a fair, quality, effective and sustainable healthcare system will soon become a reality.
